EngageCalc (prtools.icu) offers free, browser-based engagement rate calculators. This policy explains how we handle data. The short version: your inputs never leave your browser.
Data the tools collect
None. All calculations run locally in your browser using JavaScript. The numbers you enter (followers, likes, comments, reach, impressions) are processed in memory on your device and are never transmitted to our servers, stored, or logged. No account or signup is required.
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser user agent) in ephemeral logs for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies and advertising
This site displays advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads).
- Opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.
- You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings — the calculators work fully without cookies.
Your choices and rights
Because the calculators collect no personal data, there is no profile to export, correct or delete. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under regulations such as the GDPR or CCPA; for advertising-related choices, the opt-out links above are the effective control.
Children's privacy
This site is a professional marketing tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date (currently October 2026). Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
